A Miami-Style Makeover in Lutz
Full-home impact window and door replacement with ECO Window Systems bronze aluminum frames, from the first meeting to the final inspection.
She wanted the look of a South Florida home
Miss D. lives in a beautiful Mediterranean-style home in a gated community in Lutz. Her original white, non-impact windows were showing their age, and some frames were cracking along the stucco.
At her first meeting with our sales manager, Mr. M. Cohen, Miss D. shared her vision: the clean, modern look of a Miami home, without giving up hurricane protection. Together they chose ECO Window Systems aluminum impact windows and doors in a bronze finish. Slim, dark frames make the stucco, the arches and the pool view stand out.
- Every product Miami-Dade approved and impact-rated, replacing non-impact glass
- Bronze color change approved by the HOA before work began
- Final measurements, HOA approval, permits, direct-from-manufacturer custom production, installation, stucco and drywall repair, and final inspection, all handled by our team

BeforeAfterHow we delivered this project
One team, one point of contact and a clear plan. Here’s exactly what happened, step by step.
Consultation & Measurements
Mr. M. Cohen met Miss D. at her home, walked every elevation with her, took measurements and documented each opening. She chose ECO Window Systems aluminum impact units in bronze for a modern South Florida look.

Final Measurements, HOA, Permits & Production
We took final measurements of every opening, secured HOA approval for the color change from white to bronze, and pulled the permits. Then every unit was custom-built to those measurements, ordered direct from the manufacturer with no middleman. Miss D. didn’t have to deal with any of it.

Delivery
All windows, doors and screens arrived together, were checked against the order and stored safely in the garage, so there were no surprises on installation day.

Protecting the Home
Before removing a single window, our crew covered furniture, floors and carpets with plastic and drop cloths. This is our standard on every job.

Professional Installation
Old frames out, new ECO impact units in: single hung, fixed and XOX windows, a French door, a glass door and sliding glass doors. Every opening was anchored, sealed and checked for level.

Stucco & Drywall Repair
Our team repaired the stucco around each opening and touched up the drywall inside, so every window looks like it was built with the home.

Pocket Sliding Door & Final Touches
The corner pocket sliding glass door and back glass door went in last, followed by caulking and paint touch-ups. Installation was complete in just three days.

Final Inspection & Walkthrough
Trim caps installed, stickers removed, final inspection completed and a full walkthrough of every elevation with Miss D.

How we protect every home before we start
Replacing windows shouldn’t mean dust on your furniture or scratches on your floors. Before the first old window came out, our crew laid protective paper along every walkway, covered the floors with drop cloths and wrapped furniture, shelves and the fireplace wall in plastic.
These are real videos our crew recorded at Miss D.’s home on Day 1, while setting up inside before any work began. The home stays protected like this every day until the job is done.
- Protective paper on every walkway and floor
- Furniture, shelves and décor wrapped in plastic
- Work areas cleaned at the end of every day
