Full-home impact window and sliding door replacement with ECO Novo, financed through our no payments, no interest program for qualified buyers.
Rated 5.0 on Google · 65 reviews
A whole-home upgrade, without the upfront cost
James M. lives in a Valrico pool home with 17 window and door openings on all four sides, including three sliding glass doors overlooking the pool. It started when he met our Mr. Cohen, who stayed with the project through to the finish.
Replacing 17 openings is a big project to pay for all at once. James financed the full project through our no payments, no interest program. He got impact protection across the whole home, and our team took care of the rest.
- Every unit ECO Novo impact-rated with Miami-Dade approval
- Full project financed through our no payments, no interest program
- Permits, HOA approval, installation and final inspection all handled by our team

How we delivered this Valrico impact window project
One team and a clear plan. Here’s what happened, step by step.
First Meeting With Mr. Cohen
James met our Mr. Cohen, and together they planned the project and the financing. Mr. Cohen stayed with the project through to the finish.

Whole-Home Walk-Through
Every opening was documented inside and out, then numbered 1 through 17, so the crew knew exactly what was going where.

HOA Approval & Permits
We secured HOA approval and pulled the permits, so James didn't have to deal with any of it.

Openings 2 Through 10 Installed
The crew started on the left side of the home and worked around the house, installing openings 2 through 10. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the day.

Planning Around the Home
Beds and floors were covered before work began. The crew planned plastic and a cover for the aquarium in the fish room, and waited to enter one room because of the family dog.

Openings 11–17 & Opening 1
The crew finished the job with openings 11 through 17 and opening 1, including the remaining sliding glass doors.

Flashing Tape & Caulking
Flashing tape and caulking went on around the openings, then the crew recorded a final walk-around of each one.

Final Inspection
The project passed final inspection, closing it out.

A home with a dog and an aquarium
Every home is different. At James’s house, the crew walked the fish room in August and planned plastic and a cover for the aquarium ahead of time. On installation day, they waited to enter one room because of the family dog.
- Drop cloths on floors and work areas
- Beds and furniture covered in plastic
